COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA:

If you believe the trust has mishandled your personal data or that your data protection rights have been breached, you have the right to make a complaint. Concerns or complaints should be directed as follows:  governance@hopelearningcommunity.org.uk

Complaints will be acknowledged by the trust at the earliest opportunity, but at the latest within 30 days. The trust will take reasonable steps to investigate the concern without undue delay. The individual that has raised the complaint will be informed of the outcome once the investigation has concluded. If you are unsatisfied with how the complaint has been managed, you can escalate your concern to the Information Commissioner.
